Destiny Holland, the daughter of an inmate at the Tulsa County Jail is pursuing a wrongful death lawsuit after the death of her father, Ralph Holland. The lawsuit alleges that the Tulsa jail staff failed to put Holland on suicide watch despite multiple warnings that he was suicidal. 

According to the lawsuit, Destiny Holland went to the jail multiple times to demand that the jail staff give her father his antidepressants. Despite these warnings, the staff at the Tulsa County Jail took no action to watch or administer medication to the suicidal inmate. Holland later hung himself in his cell.
