Michael R. Chilcot, Jr., was born and raised in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Central Mountain High School in 2001 where he was a four sport letter winner. He attended Penn State University, graduating in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
Mr. Chilcot graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2014. While attending law school, Mr. Chilcot was an Executive Editor for the Journal of Law and Commerce. During law school he volunteered with Christian Legal Aid and did work for Southwestern Pennsylvania Legal Services, Inc., earning the law school’s Community Service Award.
Mr. Chilcot was admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in October, 2014 and joined the firm in December, 2014. He is currently the Secretary of the Clinton County Bar Association and volunteers as legal adviser for the Central Mountain High School Mock Trial Team. The concentration of his current practice includes domestic relations, bankruptcy, personal injury, employment, municipal law and criminal law.
Mr. Chilcot resides with his wife, Miranda, his daughter, Adalyn, and his Lab mix, Sunny, in Zion, Pennsylvania. Mr. Chilcot is an avid fantasy sports player and animal lover.
