The teenage daughter of deceased Fast and Furious actor, Paul Walker, has filed a wrongful death suit against Porsche. The suit accuses Porsche of strict liability and negligence, claiming that the car lacked safety features that would have saved Walker’s life. 

Walker died in 2013 in the passenger seat of his Porsche when his friend, Roger Rodas, lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a tree. Both men were killed in the accident.

In response, Porsche released the following statement – “As we have said before, we are very sad when anyone is hurt in a Porsche vehicle, but we believe the authorities’ reports in the case clearly establish that this tragic crash resulted from reckless driving and excessive speed.”
